Net 30 Business Credit Application

NAMYNOT Inc. offers Net 30 Business Accounts for new and established businesses. Fill out the business credit application to purchase services now and pay later.

Requirements:

In order to submit this application, you must be an Authorized Officer and Controlling Party of the business entity. It is a requirement of Federal regulations that we obtain, verify and record information for the Beneficial Owners of an entity customer. The company’s Beneficial Owners are the key individuals who have control over it either directly or indirectly. For this application, Beneficial Owners must have at least 25% or greater ownership or are the Trustee of a Trust that has 25% or greater ownership. Enter the Trustee’s information if the Trust owns 25% or greater ownership.

You will need:

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Dun & Bradstreet number
  • The Authorized Officer of the organization should only apply.
  • The company must be established for at least 90 days.
  • The company must be registered with the respective state and in good standing.
  • Must have no negative payment experiences reported to business credit bureaus.
  • Must have a completed professional website (and not a “Coming Soon” website). Understand why this is a requirement.

    Interest Rates and Interest Charges

    Applying for Net 30 terms with NAMYNOT Inc. is completely free. There’s no application fee, no annual fee, and no interest if you pay on time. The full invoice amount is due within 30 days.

    Interest on Purchases: None. This is a Net 30 account. Pay your balance within 30 days to maintain good standing and avoid late fees.

    Penalty Fees for Late Payment: A late fee of $25 may apply if payment is not received within 30 days of your invoice date. Accounts past due may also be suspended until the balance is paid in full. Repeated late payments may result in permanent account closure.

    Minimum Interest Charge: None. We do not charge interest on any balance, regardless of the amount.

    Annual Fee: None. There is no annual fee to maintain your account.

    Application Fee: None. Applying for a Net 30 account is free — there are no upfront costs to apply or open your account.

    Terms & Conditions Of Offer

    This offer is valid for new NAMYNOT Net 30 accounts only. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. NAMYNOT Inc. ("we" or "us") is the issuer of your NAMYNOT Inc. Net 30 Business Account. NAMYNOT Inc. is located in Chicago, IL. This offer is available to businesses located in the United States and its Territories only.

    Identity Verification & Compliance

    To comply with federal laws designed to prevent fraud, terrorism financing, and money laundering, NAMYNOT Inc. is required to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual and business that applies for a Net 30 account. This includes collecting the business’ legal name, street address, and taxpayer identification number (EIN), as well as the authorized officer’s name, home address, date of birth, and other identifying information. We may also request additional documents, such as a government-issued ID, business license, or utility bill.

    Information Collection & Credit Review

    By submitting this application, you authorize NAMYNOT Inc. to collect and verify information about your business and its authorized officer(s) from third parties, including banks, employers, credit bureaus, and public records, to assess eligibility for this Net 30 account. This includes the ability to request and review your business credit report from credit reporting agencies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, or Equifax Business. Upon request, we will inform you whether a credit report was obtained and provide the name and contact information of the reporting agency.

    Credit Limit Determination

    If approved, your Net 30 credit limit will be determined based on our review of your business credit history and other financial data provided during the application process. In some cases, we may request additional financial documents to complete the review. Your credit limit will be disclosed upon account approval.

    Information Sharing & Reporting

    By applying for a NAMYNOT Inc. Net 30 account, you consent to NAMYNOT Inc. sharing application data, account activity, and payment history with business credit bureaus, including Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Equifax. This reporting helps build your business credit profile. Additionally, we may share information with affiliated service providers and partners as necessary to service your account.

    Net 30 Payment Terms

    This is not a revolving line of credit. All purchases made on your NAMYNOT Inc. Net 30 account must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to make payment within 30 days may result in late fees, account suspension, or termination of Net 30 terms.

    No Personal Credit Impact

    This application is for a business credit account. Your personal credit report will not be reviewed or impacted by this application, except in cases where you agree to provide a personal guarantee (if required).
