Our approach is simple: we collect only what we need to serve you, we do not sell your information for money, and we tell you plainly who processes it and why — including where artificial intelligence is involved.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support or apply for a Net 30 account. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual as “Personal Information”. • Examples of Personal Information collected: business name and address, EIN, owner or officer name and contact details, and related information you submit with a Net 30 credit application.
• Purpose of collection: to assess your application, establish and service your account, and report payment history to business credit reporting agencies (see “Business Credit Reporting Agencies” below).
• Source of collection: collected from you.

Customer support information

• Examples of Personal Information collected: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your messages or calls, including recordings and transcripts of calls handled by our AI phone assistant (see “AI-Assisted Services” below).
• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and improve our services.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers who help us operate our business and provide our services under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing services to us. The categories of service providers we use include:

AI-Assisted Services

When you call NAMYNOT Inc., you may interact with an AI-powered phone assistant. These calls may be recorded and transcribed, and the audio and transcripts may be processed by our AI speech and language service providers in order to answer questions, schedule appointments, and route your request. If you prefer to speak with a person, you may say so at any time during the call and your request will be directed to our team.

Business Credit Reporting Agencies

If you apply for a NAMYNOT Inc. Net 30 account, we will share your application information with business credit reporting agencies (such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Equifax) to assess your business creditworthiness, establish your account, and report ongoing payment history. Submitting your application constitutes consent to this sharing and reporting. NAMYNOT is not responsible for any outcomes related to your credit file, as data reporting is subject to the policies of the respective bureaus.

SMS Communications

When you provide your phone number to NAMYNOT Inc you are giving permission for us to send text messages related to service updates, appointment confirmations, and occasional marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Behavioral Advertising

We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

We do not sell your Personal Information for money. Some sharing of online identifiers and browsing activity with advertising partners (described in “Behavioral Advertising” above) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
