Minors

Business Credit Reporting Agencies
If you apply for a NAMYNOT Inc. Net 30 account, we will share your application information with business credit reporting agencies (such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, and Equifax) to assess your business creditworthiness, establish your account, and report ongoing payment history. Submitting your application constitutes consent to this sharing and reporting. NAMYNOT is not responsible for any outcomes related to your credit file, as data reporting is subject to the policies of the respective bureaus.
SMS Communications
When you provide your phone number to NAMYNOT Inc you are giving permission for us to send text messages related to service updates, appointment confirmations, and occasional marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Behavioural Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

Our payment processor PayPal uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
