What happens after I purchase one of the social media content production services?
Here’s what you can expect after your purchase:
- You will be prompted to sign up for an account to create your username and password.
- You will receive a receipt via email.
- You have the option to set up a one-time content strategy consultation phone call or communicate via email.
- Once your content is ready, our team will respond with a link to review your content. (If you have edit requests, please communicate this using the messaging portal.)
- You can post the content onto your account(s) at your cadence.
Can I use my NET 30 account to pay for this service?
Unfortunately, you cannot. You must pay for this service upfront.
Is this service reported to business credit bureaus?
Unfortunately, this service is not eligible for reporting to business credit bureaus (such as Dun & Bradstreet.) Why? This service is offered to businesses as well as individuals. We do not report to consumer reporting agencies, only business credit bureaus.
How can I get a refund?
We offer one-time refunds within 24 hours of your purchase. If you need a refund of part (or all of your purchase), please contact us and request a refund. Refunds are not eligible after 24 hours.
