This page explains how to tell NAMYNOT not to share your personal information for advertising, and what we do when you ask.

What NAMYNOT does and does not do

We do not sell your personal information for money. We never have.

We do use advertising and analytics services from other companies, including Google and Meta, to measure how our marketing performs and to reach people who may be interested in our services. Under California law, letting those companies receive information about your visit can count as sharing personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. This page is how you opt out of that.

Three ways to opt out

1. Turn on Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt out request for that browser automatically. You do not need to contact us. This is the fastest method and it works without us having to identify you.

Global Privacy Control is built into some browsers and available as an extension for others. See globalprivacycontrol.org.

2. Use the cookie preferences on this site

The cookie notice on this site lets you reject advertising and analytics cookies. Rejecting them stops the sharing described above for that browser.

3. Send us a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share, or call (855) 922-0490 weekdays 9am to 5pm Central.

Tell us the email address you use with us, so we can find the right records. We may ask you to confirm a detail we already hold, purely to make sure we are acting on your request and not somebody else’s. We will not use anything you send us for a verification request for any other purpose.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 10 business days.
• We complete it within 45 calendar days. If we need longer, we will tell you why before that deadline and take no more than 90 days in total.
• Opting out is free, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Your services, pricing and support do not change.

Someone acting for you

You can have an authorized agent make the request. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.

Your other rights

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. Use the same address above and tell us which one you want. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why.
