Refund Policy

This page explains our refunds in plain language. The full terms are in Section 5.5 of our Terms of Use, and those terms control if anything here reads differently.

Business Credit Builder, $60 per month

Your first charge is refundable for 7 days. Ask us within 7 days of that first charge and we refund it in full and cancel the subscription. No reason needed.

After 7 days, monthly charges are not refundable. You can cancel any time, and cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund a charge that already went through.

A refunded month is not reported. If we refund a month, that month is not furnished to the business credit bureaus. If we already reported it, we correct or withdraw it. You keep the accurate history for every month you actually paid.

Your website stops when a refund is issued. Section 5.10 of the Terms covers what happens to the website itself.

How to cancel

Cancel online from your account at namynot.com/account. You do not need to call or email us to stop your subscription.

Marketing services and project work

Website design, SEO, social media management, video production, lead generation and other project work are covered by the statement of work you signed. Deposits and fees for work already performed or committed are not refundable. Your statement of work controls.

If something is wrong, tell us first

If you are unhappy with something you were charged, email us and we will look at it. We would rather fix it directly than have you dispute the charge with your bank. Most of what people dispute is something we would have resolved the same day.
