Apply For Net 30 Business Credit

What does Net 30 mean?

On an invoice, Net 30 means payment is due thirty (30) calendar days after the invoice date. For example, if an invoice is dated January 1st and states “Net 30,” then the payment is due on or before January 31st.

The key to successfully managing Net 30 accounts is paying invoices on time. Doing so helps build your business credit and can open doors to greater financial opportunities.

Pro tip: Paying Net 30 invoices before the due date can positively impact your business credit score. According to Dun & Bradstreet’s PAYDEX® scoring model, businesses that pay earlier than the agreed terms (for example, in 15 or 20 days instead of 30) may receive a higher score, indicating stronger creditworthiness.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have been searching for one definitive source for all information about Net 30 accounts, then look no further. We answer all of your most sought-after questions because we are a Net 30 vendor and can offer first-hand advice as an industry insider.

What business credit bureaus do you report to?

Dun & Bradstreet and Experian Business.

How often do you report to a credit bureau?

Once per month and on the 1st of the month.

Is your NET 30 account a business credit card?

No. We do not offer a business credit card that can be used at any merchant. We offer a business line of credit Net 30 account that can only be used for our services.

How does my company apply?

To apply, simply fill out this form. The Authorized Officer of the organization should only apply.

Do you charge an application fee?

No. Our Net 30 business credit application is free of charge.

Do you have a monthly membership fee for Net 30 accounts?

No. We do not charge a monthly fee for the business line of credit. We only charge monthly fees for some of our services.

How long does the application process take?

Allow approximately 1-3 business days for processing. We will send the Authorized Officer of the organization an email regarding the application status. If we have questions about the application for any reason, we will contact the Authorized Officer of the organization only.

I haven’t received any response about my application, what’s going on?

Your application could be experiencing delays if the information is missing or difficult to verify. Please ensure that you enter accurate information including spellings for faster processing.

What criteria are you looking for in a credit application?

Our credit team performs a complete risk analysis when vetting business lines of credit. Here are some of the signals we check.

If I just started my company, should I apply for your NET account?

If your business is older than 90 days old and legally registered with your state, we encourage you to apply. If it does not meet these criteria, we do not encourage you to apply.

What if my company doesn’t have a website or “Coming Soon” website?

Your business should have a professional business website before filling out NET 30 accounts. It’s similar to applying for a loan without an ID.

We won’t approve your company if:

  • You do not have a professional website
  • You have a “Coming Soon” website

Why? We are looking for financial stability with your company. If your company has not put forth investment into its online foundation and presence, we consider it a credit risk, thus we will not approve your application.

If your company needs a professional website, we recommend starting here and purchasing a professional website from us first under our normal payment terms. (Our normal payment terms are paid upfront, requiring a 50% deposit and the remaining paid in full 2 days after the project completion.) Thereafter, we can reconsider your business for our NET 30 line of credit.

Why was our application denied?

We make our determination of creditworthiness factors based on the business’ Dun & Bradstreet Paydex score and other factors.

How do we increase our account limits?

If your company has an active and positive payment receivables account with us for 3 months or more, we encourage requesting an account limit increase.

Will my company receive an account login?

Yes. Once approved and your company contracted services from us, then the Authorized Officer of the organization will receive account login details.

Will my company have authorized users?

Unfortunately not. The Authorized Officer of the organization will be the sole point of contact and responsible party for the account.

What happens if my company pays 30 days before term, 20 days before term, on the due date, or 30 days late?

We will report the payments based on receivable dates to credit bureaus. We encourage paying on or before payment term dates. However, if payment is received late, we will report this as well. The latter scenario will negatively impact your business’ credit rating.

Does this program work for Upwork contracts?

Unfortunately no. This program is for clients we acquire directly.

Do you offer an affiliate program?

Yes! If you are interested in becoming an affiliate, please register here.

Affiliates earn $20 for every approved NET 30 signup they refer using their unique affiliate link. Referrals are tracked automatically, and cookies last 45 days, so you are credited even if the signup does not happen immediately.

Payouts are issued on the 1st of every month once the $100 minimum payout is met. Payment options include PayPal, bank transfer, or mailed check.

This program is ideal for anyone who already speaks to business owners, founders, or side hustlers and wants to earn while helping others build real business credit.

Affiliate commissions are earned only on approved NET 30 accounts. NAMYNOT reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion. Affiliates may not make guarantees regarding credit approval, limits, or outcomes.

What is a Net 30 vendor?

A Net 30 vendor is a company willing to extend a commercial line of credit to your business for its products and/or services.

What is Net 60?

Net 60 fundamentally operates in the same manner as a Net 30, however, the difference is, the invoice is due sixty days after receipt. The same principle applies to Net 90. However, paying within 30 days is the most common method.

What is Net 90?

Net 90 operates the same way as Net 30 and Net 60. The difference is the payment term. With Net 90, the invoice is due ninety days after the invoice date. This gives businesses more time to manage cash flow while still building business credit through on-time payments. Net 90 terms are less common and are typically offered to businesses with stronger payment history and established credit profiles.

What are the benefits of a Net 30 account?

Free Up Working Capital. Securing NET 30 business lines of credit can help your business free working capital for a month while operating the business.

No Personal Credit Check. NET 30 vendors can offer commercial lines of credit to customers based on their business’ creditworthiness. Credit checks are pulled from business credit bureaus such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business. Therefore your personal social security number is not needed for a credit check- only your business’s information including your federal EIN, Dun & Bradstreet number, website, business address, and business phone number.

No Interest. NET 30 accounts are not loans or credit cards. When you use a NET 30 account and pay your invoice within the 30-day term, no interest is charged. You only pay for what you use. This allows your business to manage cash flow, build payment history, and operate without accumulating interest or long-term debt.

Build Business Credit. The goal in securing NET 30 is to pay on time, every time! As your company makes payments, the payment experiences are reported to business credit bureaus such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business. Paying invoices late can be detrimental to your company’s fiscal future. Therefore we iterate to pay invoices on time.

How can I use a Net 30 account?

We recommend utilizing the vendors that best suit your business needs. Most businesses aspire to grow revenue and operations. Therefore, if your business is in need of a website, social media marketing, and increased sales leads, then choose a vendor like NAMYNOT.

Furthermore, if your business needs job supplies such as boxes, tape, office supplies, and tools- then choose vendors such as Uline and Grainger.

Be aware of those vendors that charge baseless monthly fees that only allow you “access” to purchase electronics or T-shirts your business may not benefit from. Choose trusted vendors that help your business grow.

How many Net 30 accounts should I have?

There are several bloggers advising collecting as many as possible. We advise collecting only those accounts your business can afford.

Pro tip: Dun & Bradstreet recommends a minimum of 4 tradelines, paying each tradeline at least 90 days, to establish a PAYDEX score. Remember, the goal of Net 30 accounts is to pay your invoices on time, every time!

Your company’s payment history shows future lending institutions that your business can afford to pay its debts. Your business should also exhibit financial responsibility as well. So don’t overextend your company’s budget collecting accounts that require timely payment.
