Tracking and Attribution
Affiliate tracking may rely on cookies, URL parameters (for example, “wpam_id”), discount codes, or other tracking methods. We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked. Tracking may be affected by browser settings, device switching, ad blockers, cookie deletion, privacy settings, network limitations, or other factors outside our control. Qualifying Purchases

We may withhold payouts until required information is provided.
Right to Withhold; Offsets
We may delay, withhold, or reverse commissions if we believe there is suspected fraud, policy violation, disputed transactions, payment failure, refund risk, or other noncompliance. We may offset amounts owed to us (including damages, fees, or chargeback costs) against commissions otherwise payable.
Termination
Either party may terminate Affiliate participation at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links, NAMYNOT branding, and promotional materials. We may withhold unpaid commissions if we determine you violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct. If termination occurs without cause, we will pay approved commissions that are otherwise payable, subject to any hold periods and minimum thresholds.
Independent Contractor; No Agency
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship. Affiliates have no authority to bind NAMYNOT.
Messaging Terms & Conditions
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from NAMYNOT Inc. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
